Policy

You may return unused pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

How to return

1. Email hello@kurorin.studio with your order number and a brief reason.
2. We'll reply within two working days with a return address.
3. Ship the piece back with tracking. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once received, we inspect the piece and refund within 5 working days. You'll get an email confirmation.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong piece, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the piece or refund the order in full.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly — return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This is usually faster and keeps stock accurate.
