Using the site

By browsing or buying from Kuro & Rin you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the shop.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch, in which case you'll get a full refund. Prices are shown in JPY and include applicable Japanese tax unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store full card numbers.

Shipping & returns

See our Shipping and Returns pages. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Product descriptions

Because our pieces are made by hand, small variations in colour, grain, and dimension are normal and expected — not defects.

Intellectual property

The Kuro & Rin name, logo, photography and copy are ours. You're welcome to share and link to our pages; please don't reuse imagery or copy for commercial purposes without asking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kuro & Rin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Tokyo unless a mandatory consumer-law forum applies where you live.
